Dirty Martini Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
½ c Sour Cream
4 Tbsp Mayo
6 Tbsp Olive Brine
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
5.75 ounce jar of Manzanilla Stuffed Spanish Olives with Pimiento (about 1 cup), reserving 3 olives for garnish
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
¼ Tsp Onion Powder
Directions
In a food processor add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, olive juice, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until fully combined.
Give the olives a rough chop (reserving 3 for garnish) and add to the food processor. Pulse a few times to combine.
Add to a pretty bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave in the rfrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with Pita chips or your favorite crackers and a dirty martini!!!
