Dirty Martini Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

  • ½ c Sour Cream

  • 4 Tbsp Mayo

  • 6 Tbsp Olive Brine

  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

  • 5.75 ounce jar of Manzanilla Stuffed Spanish Olives with Pimiento (about 1 cup), reserving 3 olives for garnish

  • ¼ Tsp Salt

  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ Tsp Onion Powder

Directions

  1. In a food processor add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, olive juice, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until fully combined.

  2. Give the olives a rough chop (reserving 3 for garnish) and add to the food processor. Pulse a few times to combine.

  3. Add to a pretty bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave in the rfrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve with Pita chips or your favorite crackers and a dirty martini!!!
