CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
In less than 30 minutes you can have homemade chicken noodle soup. It is so delicious and so easy.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
One rotisserie chicken, deboned and meat cut up into small chunks
12 c of Chicken Broth
1 package of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix
2-3 Large Carrots, peeled and diced
2-3 Stalks of Celery, diced
1 Onion, diced
2 c Wide Egg Noodles
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
Add the chicken broth, soup mix, carrots, celery, onion, and pepper to a stock pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add noodles and cook for another 7 minutes.
Turn off heat and add in chicken and parsley.
Serve with oyster crackers, croutons or fresh bread.
