CREAMY HORSERADISH sauce with pistachio CRUSTED SALMON
This dish was created by one of my closest friends who shared her recipe with me. I have to say this is one of my new favorite ways to eat salmon along with it being a quick & EASY dinner in about 15 minutes.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce with Pistachio Crusted Salmon
Serves 4
Ingredients
4, 6 oz Salmon Filets
4 tbsp Creamy Horseradish Sauce, preferred brand Bookbinders
½ c Pistachios, crushed
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the Salmon on a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray so the fish won’t stick.
Spread 1 tbsp of the creamy horseradish sauce over each of the salmon filets.
Sprinkle with the pistachios.
At this point you can cover with aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator until ready to cook - a great do ahead dish. I would recommend taking it out and having it sit on the counter for about 10 minutes before baking.
Bake in the oven for 12-16 minutes, timing will vary based on the thickness of salmon.
