Root Beer Float

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 2 - 12 ounce Bottles of Root Beer, cold 

  • Whipped Cream and a Maraschino Cherry as garnish

Directions

  1. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream into two 16 ounce tall glasses.

  2. Tilt the glass to the side and fill the glass slowly with the root beer and let the foam rise slowly (just like you would when pouring a beer)

  3. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.

  4. Serve with a straw and spoon.
