Lemon Drops 

by the pitcher

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vodka*

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice,typically about 2 lemons 

  • ¼ cup simple syrup

  • ⅔ cup triple sec

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and leave  in the freezer for at least 6-9 hours and the mix will be icy. 

  2. Garnish Martini glass with a sugar rim and lemon peel twist.

Note: you can leave this in the freezer for months as well. You will always have a frosty lemon drop anytime you wish!

*I prefer Titos, Grey Goose or Ketel One

Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  

  2. Once the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat and set aside to cool.  

  3. Do not use the simple syrup until it has cooled completely.  Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
